Alexis Thorpe is a famous television drama actress who gained national exposure on the long-running daytime drama series "Days of Our Lives" in 2002 where she played Cassie Brady, one of the twin children of Marlena Evans and Tony DiMera who were suspected of being extra-terrestrials. Prior to playing the Cassie role, however, Alexis was involved with another daytime TV drama series, the equally long-running and rival "The Young and the Restless" which was aired over CBS. In the competing drama, she played the role of Rianna Miner. A year after the "Days of Our Lives" affair, Alexis appeared as a guest on the popular TV sitcom "Friends" aired over NBC. In the program, she was cast as a veteran soap opera performer. Alexis honed her acting skills early in life, specifically in "Esperanza High School" where she got to portray vital characters in the production of popular plays like "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" which her school made into a parody, calling it "Midsummer Nights".
