An American-born model, Carla Pivonski is a famous Playboy model who has appeared in several Playboy Special Editions, such as "Playboy's Book of Lingerie" in its March issue in 1998, "Playboy's Body Language" in October of the same year, "Playboy's Voluptuous Vixens," "Playboy's Girls of Winter" in 1999, "Playboy's Wet and Wild," and "Playboy's Sexy 100" in February of 2003. Because of her popularity as a sex symbol, her nude photos are scattered all over the Internet, especially in adult websites. She has also appeared in several movies, which are all under Troma Studios, such as the 1999 production "Terror Firmer" and the 2000 production "Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV." Because of her natural body curves, she was endorsed by many websites as the ideal actress to play the role of "Lara Croft," which is based on a video game character. Currently, it is said that she is taking a break from modeling to finish her studies.
