Charlotte Rampling bio
Charlotte Rampling is a sensational actress born in the year 1945. Before pursuing her acting career, she studied in prestigious schools in the Jeanne d'Arc Académie pour Jeunes Filles in Versailles and the prestigious St. Hilda's school in Bushley, England. Bust soon after her education, she worked as a model landing a role in the movie "The Knack," as a water skier. However, Rampling got her first breakthrough role in the movie "Georgy Girl," in 1966 opposite Lyn Redgrave. She stars in the movie "Vanishing Point," in 1971, "Max My Love," in 1986 and in Luchino Visconti's "The Damned,' in 1969. Among her lucky break was working with Sean Connery in the movie adventure "Zardoz," in 1973. Rampling has been cast for murder mysteries and political dramas and films, bringing out the best in her acting. Rampling starred as a conservative mystery writer in director François Ozon's "Swimming Pool," where in she won an award for Best Actress from the European Film Academy in 2003.
