| With a proportional figure of 34-25-35, it only took quite some time before Claire Durkin was able to break into the glamorous world of fashion. This 5'8 1/2" brunnette enthralled her modeling agents not only with her beauty but her sophistication that made her fit into the glossy covers of European magazines. She first posed for the covers of "Mademoiselle" in 1999 but her real breakthrough came in 2001, when she simultaneously appeared in three famous magazines. The British model posed for Portugal's "Cosmopolitan," UK's "The Face," and again for "Mademoiselle." It was Wiener Models who first discovered her potential as a model but in joining the prestigious ranks of Ford Models in New York and later in Paris, Claire Durkin became one of the popular faces to grace the ads for "Beauty.com," "DKNY," "El Corte Ingles," "Levi's," and "Aura Science." With smoldering green eyes and supermodel stance, the young model also walked the runway for "DKNY" for its 2000 Autumn/Winter Collection. As for a little bit of trivia, the beautiful Claire Durkin is a size "6" in clothing and a size "7" when it comes to shoes. |
