| Italian supermodel and movie star Elisabetta Canalis' date of birth is on the 12th of September 1978. She was raised in Sassari, Italy, but moved to Milan to study foreign languages. Canalis was given an opportunity to play the character Velina in the famous Italian TV show "Striscia la notizia" in 1999. This was the start of her acting career having starred for three seasons on that show. She was offered to act in several television shows, series, and films such as "Deuce Bigalow: The European Gigolo", "Virgin Territory", "Natale a New York" and "Dad's Girlfriend". She also co-presented the Italian edition of "Total Request Live" in 2009 and other sports show. Canalis recently appeared in the third season premiere of the TNT show "Leverage". Aside from being a famous actress, she is also one of the top endorsers of renowned brands. Canalis is lucky in love having dated famous Italian football player Christian Vieri and is currently in a relationship with famous Hollywood actor George Clooney. |
