Francesca Lodo bio
Italian supermodel Francesca Lodo was born on the 1st of August 1982 in Selargius, a small county on the sea, in Cagliari, Italy. Her father left them when she was little and her brother died in a road accident when she was just 16 years old. These caused her depression, but that did not stop her from achieving her dream of becoming a model. Lodo joined several beauty contests and was selected to represent "Miss World" in 1999. She was also included in the list of "Beautiful Women" both in Italy and all over the world in 2000. Lodo was confident in posing nude for FHM and doing a nude calendar. In 2006, Lodo got into a controversy in Rome for using cocaine which she later admitted and apologized for the mistakes she did. She gave a speech against drugs to young girls in the "Miss Universe Italy" in 2009 wherein she was a presenter. Lodo dated famous football player Francesco Coco and was engaged before to Fiorentina's midfielder Cristiano Zanetti.
