Gillian Jacobs bio
American actress Gillian Jacobs was born in year 1982 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but moved to New York City after graduating from high school to study acting at the prestigious Juilliard School. Gillian's first acting debut for TV was in the TV series "The Book of Daniel" where she played the character of Adele Congreve for several episodes. She also did an Off-Off-Broadway theater production of Chris Denham where she got positive reviews in 2006. Gillian focused more on theatrical productions a year after that appearing in "The Fabulous Life of a Size Zero" and "The Little Flower of East Orange". In 2009, she finally made a name on TV playing the character of Britta Perry on the comedy series "Community". Gillian also did supporting roles in several films including "The Box", "Solitary Man" and "Watching TV with the Red Chinese". In 2010, Gillian bagged the lead role of Helena in the drama "Helena from the Wedding".
