Giorgia Palmas bio
Italian TV star and beauty queen Giorgia Palmas was born on the 5th of March 1982 in Cagliari, Italy. Palmas was crowned runner up in Miss World 2000 losing to Miss India Priyanka Chopra. She also got the titles "Queen of Europe" and "Miss World Sardinia". Two years after that, she was one of the showgirls who were chosen as the Velina together with Elena Barolo. This show is about two young women in their early twenties, one blond and the other is brunette. Palmas became famous as a velina in "Striscia la notizias" for two seasons. In 2004, after her stint in "Striscia la notizia" she starred again with Elena Barolo in Italia 1 summer edition of "Lucignolo". Later that year, she also appeared in Rai 1 show, "I Raccomandati". Palmas also became the image model of "Cotton Club" underwear. In 2005, she had a topless photo shoot for Max Magazine and appeared in "CD Live Estate" on RAI 2.
