| Award-winning French movie star Isabelle Yasmine Adjani's date of birth is on the 27th of June 1955. She hails from Hauts-de-Seine, Paris and at just age 12, she started acting in theaters. Two years after, Isabelle made her film debut in the movie "Le Petit bougnat". She was famous for portraying the role of Agnes in "Moliere's L'Ecole des femmes", but decided to leave that series in 1972 to focus on her acting career in film. Isabelle did more than 30 films since 1970 holding the record for the actress with the most Cesar Award for "Best Actress" for the her roles in "Possession", "Camille Claudel", "One Deadly Summer", "Skirt Day" and "Queen Margot". In 1981, Isabelle also received a two time Cannes Film Festival "Best Actress" Award as well as nominated twice at the Academy Award for "Best Actress". This talented actress can speak three languages fluently which are French, English, and German and also starred in movies with those languages. Isabelle dated Bruno Nuytten who is a cinematographer and they have a son together. She also had a relationship with actor Warren Beatty from 1986 to 1987. After Beatty, she then dated award-winning actor Daniel Day-Lewis from 1988 to 1994 and they also have a son together. Isabelle got engaged to Jean Michel Jarre who is a famous composer, but it ended in 2004. |
