Jarah Mariano bio
Asian-American model and actress Jarah Mariano was born Jarah Evelyn Makalapua Mariano in Hawaii, USA. Jarah's Hawaiian, Korean and Chinese race gave her that exotic look which got the attention of top fashion brands. After graduating from high school, Jarah moved to New York City to pursue a modeling career. She has worked with some of the top designers such as Armani Exchange, Sephora, Old Navy and Abercrombie & Fitch and popular cosmetic brand MAC. Jarah was also one of the models chosen by top lingerie brand Victoria's Secret to become their Victoria's Secret Angel doing catalogs and runway shows for that brand. Jarah also strutted her stuff in Jay-Z's "Show Me What You Got" video. Aside from modeling, she also tried her luck in acting doing small roles on films like "Minority Report" in 2002 and "The Girl from Monday" in 2005. She also appeared in several TV series such as "Rescue Me" and "Chuck". Jarah was included in the TV special "Sports Illustrated: Swimsuit" in 2008 and 2009.
