Jenny Agutter bio
English actress Jennifer Ann Agutter was born on the 20th of December 1952 in Taunton, Somerset, England. She spent most of her childhood years in Dhekelia, Cyprus and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Jennifer was discovered by a casting agent when she was still in her ballet school and introduced her to the producers of "East of Sudan" in 1964. She became a child actress working in the BBC TV series "The Railway Children" as well as the film adaptation of the same book. She made her debut doing adult roles in 1971 with the movie "Walkabout". Jennifer moved to Hollywood and starred in the several films including "An American Werewolf in London", "Logan's Run", "Child's Play 2" and "Equus". Jennifer decided to take a break from acting, but returned in 2000 doing guest appearance in several TV series including the British TV series "Spooks", "The Alan Clark Diaries", "New Tricks" and The Invisibles". Jennifer got married to Swedish hotelier Johan Tham in 1990 and they have a son together.
