Jenny Powell bio
British TV host Jenny Powell was born on the 8th of April 1968 in Ilford, England. Jenny had her first hosting job in 1986 when she was asked to be the presenter of the BBC2 music programme "No Limits". In 1988, she became the host of Saturday morning TV for children and co-presenter for BBC One's "UP2U". A year after that, Jenny appeared in the TV shows "Ghost Train" and "Gimme 5" on CITV. She also hosted ITV's version of famous game show "Wheel of Fortune" in mid 1990s. She also presented top TV shows such as "Soap Fever", "Live Talk", "Getaway" and "Our House". Jenny also tried doing stand-up comedy in the TV show "Stand Up Jenny" and became regular on "Loose Women". She also competed in TV shows such as "Celebrity Wrestling" using her alias "The Avenger" in 2005, "Celebrity Come Dine with Me" and "Celebrity Masterchef" in 2010. Jenny currently lives with her two daughters from ex-husband Toby Baxendale in Cheshire.
