| American glamor model Karissa Shannon was born on the 2nd of October 1989 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has a twin sister named Kristina who is also a model and a Playboy Playmate like her. In 2008, Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner chose Karissa and her sister to become his girlfriends together with Crystal Harris. Since then, they appeared on TV shows such as the series "The Girls Next Door" from 2008 to 2009, "Chelsea Lately" and "Kendra" both in 2009. Karissa and her sister moved out of the mansion in 2010 with the blessings of Hugh Hefner. The twins appeared became Miss July and Miss August 2009 in Playboy's double issue. Karissa got in trouble with the law in 2007 when she got arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge. In 2010, she revealed that she had a relationship with actor Sam Jones III whom she had a sex tape with. In the same year, Karissa also admitted having a sex tape with Heidi Montag. |
