For those among you who watched "Back To The Future," you'd recognize Lea Thompson as Lorraine McFly, the mom of the film's main character, Marty McFly. That, despite Thompson being roughly as old as her co-star, Michael J. Fox, who played her son. She also had a part in the box-office failure "Howard the Duck" and in the mildly successful "Dennis the Menace," as the title character's mother, Alice Mitchell. However, her most prominent and memorable role came in the form of Caroline Duffy, of the popular NBC comedy "Caroline In The City." Unfortunately, the cancellation of the said show somehow halted the success of Lea's TV career. On the other hand, she has made bit appearances since the show's cancellation, as well as a guest part in the crime drama "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit." She is currently married to Howard Deutch, whom she met while filming "Something Wonderful."
