| The stunning, lovely Leeann Tweeden's trademark good looks come from a mixed Spanish, Norwegian, and Filipino ancestry. Contrary to the stereotypical pretty-but-dumb girl, Leeann is actually quite intelligent. She, however, decided not to pursue her application to prestigious Harvard University in favor of pursuing her career. She took a job as a waitress for the controversial restaurant chain "Hooters." After joining a beauty pageant, she was immediately offered stints for "Playboy." Not long after, she was also involved in endorsements and promotional activities for a cosmetics manufacturer as well as the restaurant she works in. Even today, she still frequently poses for "Playboy," particularly during their special issues. Among the specials that she's appeared in are "Playboy's Book of Lingerie" (which she was on the cover of in 1994) and "Playboy's Sexy 100." In addition to her print appearances, she has made a few minor TV appearances, as well as being co-host of "Poker Dome Challenge." She was also involved in the USO tour, which encoureges and supports US troops. |
