| Science fiction fans are well aware that a number of shows tend to use attractive female cast members to draw in the "normal" demographic. In general, those ladies possess little acting talent, but such is not the case with the stunning Lexa Doig. A product of mixed Irish, Filipino, and Scottish ancestry produced the unique, stunning features that formed Lexa Doig. Apart from being the female main character for the film "Jason X," the modernized reimagining of the "Friday the 13th" series, she has also been cast in a number of minor roles in science fiction programs. She had minor but memorable roles in Gene Roddenberry's "Earth: Final Conflict" and "TekWar," by science fiction legend William Shatner. However, most fans will recognize her for her dual roles in the Gene Roddenberry creation, "Andromeda." Here, she had the part of Andromeda, who was both a holographic representation of the spacecraft and an independent android, typically addressed as Rommie. |
