Nicky Whelan is an Australian actress and at the same time, a model who is known for her role in the Australian television drama 'Neighbours'. She was born on June 10, 1981 in Vicoria, Australia. Before starring on numerous television soap operas, Whelan was a recognized television show host. As an actress, she has appeared in Australian soaps such as 'Melbourne Woman' and 'Beyond The Boundary'. Her claim to fame was when she was cast to play a major role in 'Neighbours', a famous Australian drama. To many people, Whelan became famous when she became a part of the ensemble cast of American comedy 'Scrubs' during its final season, where she played a snobbish medical intern. As a professional model, Whelan has appeared in many magazines in Australia, such as the Australian 'FHM', 'Ralph', and 'Inside Sport'. She has also graced a few calendar covers. She has recently finished filming the film, 'Hollywood and Wine' in Los Angeles.
