Olga Kurylenko bio
Olga Kurylenko is a Ukranian actress/model popularly known as the Bond girl in 'Quantum of Solace.' Born on November 14, 1979, in Berdyansk, Ukraine, Olga's parents divorced when she was 3 and was raised solely by her mother. While on vactaion in Moscow at the age of 13, she caught the attention of a female model scout and soon landed a deal with modelling agency Madison, based in Paris. She was the covergirl for Elle, Vogue, Marie Claire and Madame Figaro. Olga's film debut was in 2005, when she starred in the French film L'Annulaire, earning her the certificate of excellence award at the 2006 Brooklyn International Film Festival. Other films in France include 'Paris, je t'aime' aongside Elijah Wood. Her Hollywood breakthrough translated into such films as 'Hitman,' 'Max Payne,' and as the recent Bond girl in the James Bond film 'Quantum of Solace.' She has two previous marriages, one with French fashion photographer Cedric Van Mol, and American businessman Damian Gabrielle.
