| Rachel Hunter is a model, actress, and reality TV show host. She was born on September 9, 1969 in Auckland, New Zealand. She is best remembered as Sports Illustrated's front cover in 1989. Rachel has always been a model but decided to quit in 1994 when she wanted to pursue a career in acting. Then on, she appeared in several independent films. She is also in the music video Stacy's Mom by Fountains of Wayne in 2003. The video is reportedly the most played music video in the United States today. Aside from her showbiz career, Rachel also has founded the Rachel Hunter Lowland Gorilla Fund. She even donates her prizes from reality TV shows to charity and has been an ambassador for the Born Free Foundation. At the age of 21, Rachel married Rod Stewart who was older than her by 24 years. They had two children, Renee and Liam. Unfortunately, as with majority of Hollywood couples, they were divorced in 2005. |
